Workplace Coaching
Our coaching supports neurodivergent individuals to navigate the practical realities of work including workload, communication, time management, confidence, and expectations.
Emma works with clients to identify strengths, understand patterns, and develop strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to their role and environment. The focus is on enabling individuals to work more effectively, reduce friction, and build confidence in how they approach their work.
Emma is an experienced coach with a background in professional services, bringing both practical insight and a thoughtful, individualised approach.
She is a member of the Association for Coaching and is currently undertaking a postgraduate qualification in Neurodiversity Workplace Coaching at Birkbeck, University of London.
Sessions are available in person or online (via Teams), typically 60 minutes, with flexibility depending on individual needs.
Workplace Needs Assessments
Workplace Needs Assessments provide a structured, practical evaluation of how an individual’s working environment, role demands and neurodivergent profile interact and what changes will make the greatest difference.
The focus is on identifying clear, reasonable adjustments and strategies that support both the individual and the organisation to work more effectively together.
What this includes
A confidential consultation with the individual
Review of role requirements and workplace context
Identification of key challenges and strengths
Practical, tailored recommendations
A written report for the employer, aligned with the Equality Act 2010
Outcomes
Clear, actionable adjustments
Improved performance, confidence and consistency
Reduced misunderstandings and rework
Better alignment between individual and workplace expectations
Why this matters
Without clear adjustments, individuals often rely on guesswork, overcompensation or masking which can lead to stress, inconsistency and underperformance unrelated to capability.
A well-structured assessment provides clarity for both the individual and the employer, creating a shared understanding of what works and why.
Format
Assessments are typically delivered through a structured interview and follow-up report.
Delivery can be in person or online.
