ABOUT EMMA

Having trained and worked with the British Dyslexia Association and other neurodiversity-focused organisations (such as local council autism support services), and as a member of the Association for Coaching, Emma supports a wide range of clients, from global financial and professional services firms and academic institutions to local community projects.

Emma also delivers training, workshops, and speaking engagements on neuroinclusive best practices. Drawing on client insights and her own experience of being neurodivergent, both in professional services firms and more recently in the fitness industry, she presents engaging, thought-provoking, and educational sessions for all audiences.

One of Emma’s passions is fitness, and she is dedicated to making the fitness industry more inclusive. She delivers training both in the UK and internationally, helping fitness spaces (such as gyms and exercise studios) become more accessible and supportive, enabling fitness professionals to better serve a diverse client base.

An APPI and STOTT PILATES™ Certified Instructor, Emma also holds a Postgraduate Pilates Certificate in Integrating the Pilates Method for Long-Term Medical Conditions. She teaches reformer and mat-based Pilates in and around Sherborne, offering group and private sessions to individuals, workplaces, and community groups. Her focus is always on inclusivity.
